Coach Joe is a full-time baseball and softball instructor with over 10 years of coaching experience. Known for his passion for player development and expertise in hitting, Coach Joe has helped athletes of all ages improve their mechanics, confidence, and approach at the plate. His commitment to building strong, well-rounded athletes goes beyond skill development, focusing on work ethic, mindset, and long-term growth both on and off the field, including guiding players toward opportunities to compete at the college level.
COACH CASEY, co-founder

Coach Casey has coached athletes across all age levels, from youth to advanced players, giving her a strong understanding of player development at every stage. She also brings a background in accounting and structured problem-solving, which shapes her detail-oriented, growth-focused coaching style. Coach Casey is committed to helping athletes build confidence, master fundamentals, and develop strong habits through discipline and accountability on and off the field.
COACH kevin
Coach Kevin is a current University of Delaware club baseball player who brings high-level playing experience and energy to player development. He is excited to help lead a new wave of ballplayers, sharing his knowledge, work ethic, and competitive mindset to help athletes grow and elevate their game.
COACH morgan
Coach Morgan is a current Franklin & Marshall College softball player who has enjoyed helping introduce the game to young, new players. She has a strong passion for teaching fundamentals and building confidence, and she is excited to begin her coaching journey by helping athletes learn, grow, and develop a love for the game.
